As a bedside Clinical Nurse and Case Manager, there is nothing more satisfying than helping a patient feel more comfortable and less scared. Creating trust, so a loved one may take a bit of time for themselves, is rewarding, while being trusted to enter this space is an honor. Influencing strategic communication within teams that highlight each of our strengths to then benefit patients and families feel really good!
