Professional History
Dr. Didem Inanoglu is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine specialist who has practiced medicine since 2000. Dr. Inanoglu is a licensed physician in the states of Massachusetts, Texas, and North Dakota and is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Dr. Inanoglu’s professional career includes numerous medical directorships, and hospital, and academic appointments at institutions including University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, Children's Health Texas, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital and more recently Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
Dr. Inanoglu also serves at many national professional associations including the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine and the Association of Academic Physiatrists. In addition to practicing clinical physiatry, Dr. Inanoglu provides medicolegal expertise and holds a certification as a life care planner for children with disability.
I use a holistic and family centered approach to complex medical conditions and disability that combines state of the art medical care with rehabilitation modalities and technology and healthy lifestyle changes. I aim to maximize development and functioning of children with special health needs and enhance their quality of life. This includes helping children with special needs to actively participate in all aspects of their local environment, including social, educational, and recreational activities, alongside their peers.
