Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Western New England University, establishing a strong foundation in psychological principles and therapeutic approaches. She subsequently pursued advanced education at Simmons University, where she completed her master's degree with a focus on clinical social work. For the past six years, she has served as a dedicated school-based outpatient therapist, working with diverse populations.
Throughout her clinical practice, she has developed expertise in evidence-based interventions while maintaining a compassionate, client-centered approach. Her professional experience encompasses individual therapy, DBT and TF-CBT modalities, and collaborative care coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and implementation with the students that she currently serves.
Since being hired, Emily has advanced within the team and now supervises four other school sites and provides clinical and administrative supervision to a number of clinicians on the team.
