Erin is a dual-degreed healthcare provider educated at Boston University: Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, dual-licensed in the state of MA. She became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy in 2024. Erin has a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation with experience ranging from Division 1 collegiate athletics to medically complex inpatient pediatrics. She is currently working at Franciscan Children's Hospital as a Level III staff PT in various service areas including inpatient medical, inpatient rehabilitation, and school-based therapy at the Kennedy Day School. Her current passions and projects are staff / family education and early diagnosis related to Cerebral Palsy and Trisomy 21 as well as quality improvement regarding therapy-related equipment and its use in the inpatient setting. Erin is an active member of the APTA, recently presenting at APTA of MA in November 2024 on program development at Franciscan Children's for early screening and diagnosis of CP.
