Noelle has been at Franciscan Children's Hospital for her entire nursing career. Starting out as a floor nurse on Unit 2, then charge nurse on Unit 2 for a number of years. She is now the Assistant Director of Inpatient Medical Unit Nursing.
I believe in the Franciscan Children's mission and values. I believe it is an honor to be able to be a part of the treatment team that cares for patients with such complex medical needs. Children are so resilient, and it is a pleasure to be able to witness their resilience every day.
