Professional History

Rebekah has been working with adolescents and emerging adults since 2019, and she has been working to deliver mental health support in a school-based setting since 2021.

I am dedicated to meeting youth where they are, in a school based setting, to deliver student-centered, collaborative care. My practice has a foundation in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I combine these approaches with psychodynamic engagement to support neurodivergent students and others with diverse learning and emotional needs. I utilizes a trauma-informed practice to support the development of self-regulation, executive functioning, and interpersonal skills, while also integrating values-based and identity-informed interventions to strengthen student engagement in academic, familial, and community settings.
