With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Ruth has worked with individuals across the lifespan from children as young as three to adults in a variety of settings including hospitals, residential programs, and community based services. She has provided individual, family and group therapy, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
Currently serving as a school based clinician, Ruth provides therapeutic services within the educational system, collaborating with students, families and school staff to promote emotional well-being and academic success.
Her clinical work is grounded in trauma informed care, person-centered approach and she draws on evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma and other mental health concerns. Ruth is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to heal and grow.
