Wednesdays, 6pm - 7pm | Parenting Children with AutismA supportive space for caregivers of young children with Autism to connect, ask questions, and gain helpful strategies. For parents of children ages 2-10 with an Autism diagnosis. |
Fridays, 10am - 11am | Positive Solutions for FamiliesA group designed to help caregivers promote children’s social and emotional skills, understand problem behavior, and use positive approaches to help children learn appropriate behavior. For parents/caregivers of children ages 3-8. |
Mondays, 5pm - 6pm | Emotion ExplorersKids will learn to identify emotions, recognize triggers, and discover coping tools to manage tough moments. A supportive space to build emotional awareness and resilience. For children ages 8-12. |
Mondays, 6pm - 7pm | Emotion Regulation for TeensA group for teens who feel overwhelmed by their emotions or want more tools to cope with stress, conflict, and/or mood swings. For teens ages 13-17. |
Wednesdays, 4:30pm - 5:30pm | Exploring Feelings Through Music & StorytellingA virtual music therapy group for children and their caregivers that uses music and storytelling to explore emotions, build coping skills, and support confident communication. For children ages 7-9 and their parents/caregivers. |
All groups held via a secure online platform and led by experienced licensed psychologists and social workers. Sponsored by Franciscan Children’s, an affiliate of Boston Children’s Hospital. Covered by most insurance plans, including Medicaid.
